I stayed there back in the 70s when I was younger with the family. And I brought my new family to stay there in the 80s. Now I live just down the road from there! Great campground!
We met up with friends for labor day weekend and had a blast! The bathrooms are some of the cleanest I have seen since we started camping throughout the country a few years ago. Definitely will be going back!
A great place to camp! We tent camped and ended up in a spot that had full sun on a hot weekend because they didn't have a picture or description of the spot. However, the campground is beautiful, right on the river with an overlook a short distance away. There's a playground for kids and it's nice to just walk around and take in the beauty of nature.
We love camping here! It is pretty and peaceful by the river. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner, but it seems this is due to messy campers. The hosts were very visible and could be seen cleaning up sites as soon as campers moved out. People just need to do more cleaning up after themselves!!
Nice place to take your family camping. Has a play ground area for the kids to enjoy. Quite and relaxing most of the time.
