Friendly service but I had to reschedule one appointment and they refused to see me after that.
I have been trying to schedule with them this morning. I couldn’t even get anyone to talk to me. First call, no answer. Not even voice mail. Second call reaped the same result. The third time I called, Someone answered. I explained I would be a new patient and needed to schedule a cleaning. The young lady, maybe she said her name was Donna??, said hold and I will check for openings. I held for 6 minutes. Nobody ever came back on the line. I hung up. If it takes them that long to find their schedule and take a call off hold, I would be afraid to let them work on my teeth.
Everything was better than I thought. They were very nice and professionals. Dr Eugene and his assistant Donna are very nice and kind persons. I felt confident all the time. Thanks a lot!
