Clean, great breakfast, and nice staff! Loved their showers. I would love to come here! They have a fire pit outside which runs 24 hours!
Located just off Interstate 40 at the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg exit. Fairly new hotel. Our room was very spacious but toilet/bathtub-shower was tiny....do like having lavatory in separate area of bathroom area.
Okay Best Western located off I-40. Kind of noisy at night with sirens responding to accidents on highway. Rooms are large and each room has a small outdoor patio to sit. Has indoor pool and outdoor fire pit. Swiss balls in fitness room were under inflated and not safe for use. Room thermostat really a joke. Couldn't get heat above 74 deg despite cold weather. Also because of outdoor patio door and room door directly across from one another and not well sealed, there is occasionally a draft felt at your feet.
Booked at one of the Choice hotels but found that my pets weren't welcome. Low temp of 32° so no way they were staying in the car. Made my way to this hotel. It was nicely appointed, MUCH cleaner, offered a full hot breakfast, and allowed the dogs. Definitely a huge value.
Updated rooms! The staff was amazing especially Karen. There is a little problem with lady bugs in room but we were able to get another room. I recommend getting a balcony room. We will definetly stay here again. Also about 10 miles from shopping.
