Have not had a problem with them before, I called This time and they told me they like me to call back later because they’re too busy have to say I’ve left Pizza Hut for years but that will be it
Well I called and made my order for pick up. I got there and as expected I had to wait no big deal. But then after a little bit of waiting the manager (I'm assuming he was since he was all in black) called a number and then when he got off the phone went to the pizza warmer thing and start pulling out a bunch of pizza and said guess no one knows how to read a dam receipt. I looked over at the other employee at the front and he looked kinda miserable and upset and honestly I don't blame him. First off you shouldn't call out employees like that in front of everyone else, secondly in front of a customer wow I have my own drama at work I don't wanna have to listen to it when I'm trying to get dinner and go home, thirdly I don't think you should treat your employees like that either wow someone messed up I get it cost but dam I sure am happy I don't work there having someone make me feel stupid in front of fellow coworkers and customers
I ordered gave my cell number they said 1-1 1/2 hour wait, I called after 1 1/2 hours asking when they would deliver and was told he thought I was on first floor I said I gave my cell why didn't he call they said delivery guy did all he was supposed to do so no pizza for me. Wow all he had to do was call my cell, liars must want to take the pizza home to his boo. Luckily Dominos is open. Never again Pizza Hut
Great pizza and great service this is the place to get good classic stuffed crust pizza!!!!!
