Waited 15 minutes in line, only time the line moved was when people walked out. It wasn't busy enough to warrant the wait, the staff were just incompetent.
First and last time ever going to this Wendy's. My wife and I had just got out of work, heading to something that would be open to eat. Should have picked Checkers across the street because they at least know how to treat people. 11:50, pull up, ask for a moment to look at the menu. "If it will be a moment, we're closing soon! What do you want?" Ordered two 4 for $4's. No asking if we want anything else. No word of sauce (we didn't get any). Lady about threw my card back at me after I paid. As a fellow customer service worker, this is not okay.
It's Wendy's, they are all about the same but, service depends on who's working whatever day you go. I do like Wendy's. More expensive than they should be just like most fast food restaurants are these day.
Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes. No one even spoke. Said hello. Nothing. Then drove around and saw staff inside but still no answer to drive thru. They open at 7AM and we were there at 10:00AM. Went inside to see staff standing around with arms crossed. When asked why they weren’t answering drive they and told them how long we sat there, no explanation was given. The cashier just asked what I wanted. Will not be returning. Absolutely ridiculous.
Went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a few minutes for the chicken strips, and the sauce, ketchup, and napkins would be in the bag, which I was fine with. When I got back to my motel, I had napkins but no sauce or ketchup.
