Went to do crafts and take pictures with Santa. Craft were 5 til 7 pm,we arrived at 7pm. Asked lady doing crafts could kids take crafts home because it was time to get in line for pictures and we were in traffic on I 40.Rude lady stated "crafts were from 5 to 7 and bags or under lock and key".Wow millions of dollars of merchandise out on floor and kids Christmas bags under lock and key . Great job Bass Pro Shop of Kodak. There was nothing Merry about that Christmas place. We took pictures but will shop somewhere else. Merry Christmas.

Wow is how I would describe this place. So much to see and buy. Great quality goods, the popcorn is always a treat. The decor is awesome. The workers are very helpful. We bought Christmas gifts and found what we came to buy. The line to see Santa Claus was very very long. Everyone seemed to be in a festive mood.
Staff so helpful, organized. Great place for all ages. Kids absolutely loved the free activities and watching the fish displays and waterfall. Wheelchair assistance and even a coffee stop with hot fresh roasted candied nuts and desserts plus Uncle Bucks restaurant. Absolutely a great day spent at Bass Pro. Always a good time and good deals .
A great store especially for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors. Right off I40, exit 407 easy access. This is a huge 2 story store. There is everything from boats, gun, clothing, ATVs, shoes, boots, camping equipment & more. Most of the staff very helpful. Watch for their sales. They are usually pretty good. It can be crowded on weekends. There is even a restaurant and the food is actually very good and yes even a coffee bar. A neat store!
From the moment you walk in you see the perfect setup for outdoor equipment clothing and apparel and not mention the huge gun section knife section camping gear and boats fishing gear and more. Not only do I love shopping here and Kodak Tennessee but I like taking my grandson there because he loves and enjoys the live fish tank where he can sit there for an hour and just stare at all different types of fish. The employees there are very courteous no matter which section of this huge sport store camping store is. This store is perfectly located directly off exit 407 near the Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge exit.
