After months of searching and visiting other dealers nearby ...No Limit Carts was the most professional business we came across they stand behind their product and they are very responsive when it come to taking care of issues...#1 place by far, we knew for sure that No Limit was the place to buy.

These guys have the best service. I'm from Maryland and needed a piece for my golf cart they had the parts and gave me a couple extra pieces to help me out.

Only place to buy a cart...The staff is so nice and their facility is clean...Highly recommend this place and their carts are high qaulity for a fair price.

Best Service

By far the Worst service I've ever experienced from a company. My sister purchased a cart back in October for her kids to enjoy and play around with and had it customized by them with one of their their "full custom" packages. She sent me to pick the cart up. She had paid over $7,000 for the cart which included a 14" wheel and tire package. When I got there to pick it up for her it had not only a different style wheel on it but 12" wheels and tires on it instead of 14's.

I Get it home and started to ride it around the neighborhood and it died on us. The battery charge meter showed full charge though. So upon closer inspection we noticed the lights didn't work at all, the rear view mirror was installed upside down and backwards, the arm rests on the rear seat were flipped backwards, the top was installed crooked and the rear seat back was lopsided!

On top of all of that there were numerous loose nuts and bolts on the rear seat assembly and even a few missing bolts (which I went and purchased at Ace Hardware and installed myself) I fixed the simple things such as making the rear view mirror right and fixing the arm rests and the rear seat seatback. But we had to call them to get the rest fixed. They came and got the cart because it wouldn't run. Come to find out, the light harness was installed incorrectly as well as the battery gauge meter. The batteries were just dead. But we were told it had been fully charged and ready to go for us. So after another week we had the cart back.

I opted to take the cart over to Ladds off of Watt Road and their technician was appalled at the way things had been done on the cart and that we had been charged for an alignment that clearly hadn't been done. The technician also pointed out other things that were incorrect on the cart and told us that he gets calls and customers like us every week from No Limit Carts with similar stories and issues. They are going to rectify all of our issues on the cart and will be our go to service dept from now on. Much better folks and much more professional.

They said they'd order the 14's and I could bring it back. So I took it home.

All was good for a few months until my niece and nephew got the rear axle out of alignment by horsing around on it. So I took it back to them because it was still under warranty to have the axle fixed and to fix a light that wasn't working. They had the cart for 2 weeks. Upon picking it up, my sister I was charged $83 for the alignment of the rear axle because it wasn't covered under warranty. That was fine. Until I got it home and noticed that not only did the light that she asked to be fixed still didn't work, but also that the rear axle was STILL out of alignment and hadn't even been touched! They just took my sisters money and said they fixed it. The receipt clearly states that she was charged for the rear axle alignment that wasn't performed and to repair driver front light. Both items were on the repair tag attached to the cart too. But neither item was repaired and more money was thrown away from their incompetence. We called them and we were told that their technicians did the work that was requested.

Don't make the mistake we did. Go to Ladd's
