Just picked up a new Flagstaff SE pop-up at A&L's dealership in Christiana, TN. The whole experience in dealing with A&L was great, but I wanted to review their service department and staff. As you know, when taking delivery of a new camper, the maintenance staff do a walk through with you and go over all of the camper's systems and show you how to work everything. My wife and I arrived before our scheduled appointment that day, actually right at the lunch hour. We offered to wait to begin the walk through, but the entire service staff insisted that we go ahead, ignoring their lunch. Three employees were working with us, one doing the walk through, the other prepping our tow vehicle, and the other helping with whatever the first two needed. The teamwork exhibited by these guys was fantastic. They took the time to give us extra tips and showed us how to do things the "easy" way. The lead tech. gave my wife and pen and notepad to write down any questions she might come up with during the tour. No hint of being in a hurry to get to lunch, these guys stopped multiple times to answer questions or to repeat complicated instructions until we got it right. I manage staff for a living myself, and I know a great team when I see one. These guys were over the top. Thanks to the sales staff and the owner as well for a great experience. If I ever buy another camper, I'll do business with A&L again.
