I have experienced bussinesses that treat woman like they have no knowledge of what they want and the salesmans do not want to spend time helping them to make their purchase.These men remained very professional and worked so hard to earn my husbands business... even though I was challenging them about their bad reviews. As an older woman I would highly recommend Mountain Motorsports to make your purchases. They respect and go out of their way to help ALL their customers... women included. This store had a great selection of merchandise. I visited this store to look at the new 2018 Polaris 1000 that has heating and air conditioner with my brother in law. I had no intentions of buying anything. A saleman named Matt showed us the new model. He was very experienced and helpful. He answered all our questions. The next thing I knew, he had me looking at a 2017 Polaris 1000. He worked very hard to earn my business. I am now the owner of the 2017 Polaris 1000 side by side. Thank you Matt for all your help.
Just bought a 2017 Multistrada and the guys there were really great. Brian, Matthew, Jason and Adam were great assisting me get what I wanted..... from my bike to accessories. I'm well on my way to the 600 mile tune up (at 232 for now) and will note later on the service.
Yesterday I bought my first side by side at Mountain Motorsports in Sevierville. Previously I had been a customer for life at Alcoa Good times. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very professional sales staff. Being in the sales industry I can appreciate a well trained, courteous sales staff. I was blown away with how much these people were not only in sales, but they actually lived and worked the part of ATV's. Tiffany Anderson was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as was The parts department. At Alcoa Good times I had previously purchased over 20 units from Kevin Gibbons and was very excited to see that such a tenured, relationship oriented guy was there.
First I want to say that I was very tough on Brent, Travis, Matt and Jason. I read all the reviews and made the mistake of focusing on the bad ones. I challenged them on these bad reviews... even though there

He's always willing to go the extra mile, from informing us about a product to recommending the best solution to a parts/service need to simply answering a question. We will stay loyal to Mountain Motorsports Sevierville thanks to the deals, selection and staff that this location offers!
In summary I would give this staff more than 5 stars if able. They seem to all be part of a well oiled machine that operates as such. Too many sales people is worse than not enough, these two were a perfect amount. These guys were spot on from top to bottom. Best in East Tennessee.
